RESTORE SCAN UNVEILS AMBITIOUS GROWTH STRATEGY WITH APPOINTMENT AND ACQUISITIONS

Restore Scan, leading UK scanning and digital transformation pioneer, has unveiled its latest multi-directional growth strategy, aimed at making it one of the fastest growing digital document management specialists in the country.

The ambitious strategy includes the appointment of sales director, Azadar Shah and the acquisition of the assets of two UK document management companies, Scanning Direct and Papershrink Ltd.

Azadar Shah joined Restore Scan in January 2018 following a four year tenure as sales director leading UK and North American sales teams. With significant experience in specialist areas of data networking and IT software, Azadar brings with him extensive knowledge of healthcare and security software sales across a range of organisations including the NHS, central and local government, finance and other select private sector verticals.

Azadar commented: “I am delighted to be taking on this key role at Restore Scan.

The digital document solutions market place is such a dynamic sector and it offers huge scope for innovative solutions to meet the growing needs of our customers. I am looking forward to developing relationships with new and existing customers and showcasing how our technology solutions, from data capture through to full automation can significantly improve operational efficiency and document security. “My aim is to support and lead the Restore sales force to assist our customers across the healthcare, central and local government, legal, financial and insurance sectors.

We have a deep understanding of the challenges our customers face and so we are uniquely placed to work in partnership with them, not only to complete their digitisation journey successfully, but also to help them be GDPR compliant.”

Perfectly timed to complement this key appointment is the acquisition of two other document management businesses: Scanning Direct, a specialist document scanning provider from Yorkshire and Papershrink Ltd, located in Peterborough.

Restore Scan’s managing director, Paul Moonan, said: “We are excited to be expanding the business so rapidly at the moment.

These two key acquisitions, plus the new energy and expertise which Azadar will bring to our firm, mean that we are able to develop still further the range of services we provide for our customers. With our national network of specialist facilities and consultants, the latest digital transformation technology and decades of experience, we are now ideally placed to take on the largest and most challenging digitisation projects.”

Restore has over 100 storage and processing centres throughout the UK which provide a full range of document scanning, imaging and indexing services. The company offers a joined-up package of services to support every step of physical and virtual data’s journey – from postroom to desk, from storage to end-of-life disposal services.
